Full-Time Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor adult patients with various medical and post-surgical conditions.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate care with an interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient management.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-discharge care.
• Support safe discharges and uphold infection prevention and safety standards.
