Responsibilities
- Conduct patient assessments, develop and evaluate individualized care plans
- Prepare patients for treatments and procedures
- Implement safety protocols and reassess patient status to adjust care as needed
- Effectively communicate patient information during shift reports
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide holistic care addressing physical, psychological, and spiritual needs
- Ensure patient safety and document care accurately
- Support patient discharge planning
- Embrace a culture of collaboration, compassion, and excellence to advance nursing science and patient well-being
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- At least one year of RN experience
- Valid RN license
- Basic Life Support (CPR) certification within 14 days of hire
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire
