Full-Time Registered Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate clinical care to seniors, including conducting assessments, administering medications, and developing personalized care plans.
• Work closely with an interdisciplinary team, support and mentor care staff, and maintain effective communication with residents and families.
• Deliver hands-on nursing care and coordinate resident care.
