Full-Time Processor (Auburn)

About the role

Our retail store provides the fuel, the face, and the gateway to all the services we offer for individuals, families, and organizations in the communities we serve. As a Processor, you’ll play a key role in maintaining the standard of quality for donations with a high level of attention to detail. You’ll use decisive measurements to determine next steps for items under review while meeting production requirements. This position reflects our commitment to customer service and personal effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Process and sort donated goods in a rapid but accurate manner.
• Stock store shelves neatly and orderly, rotating merchandise using a color-coded system.
• Identify quality donations and ensure they are priced, processed, and transported to the sales floor in a timely manner.
• Achieve production goals based on the quality and quantity of donations.
• Work in other areas of the store as requested by the leadership team.
• Cross-train and learn all areas of the retail operation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Prior experience in retail, customer service, or warehouse environments; preferred.

Schedule

• Full-time position averaging 38–40 hours per week.
• Hours fluctuate based on business needs (e.g., seasonal changes, donation volumes).
• Must be available to work any shift Monday through Sunday.
• Operating days may vary by store location.

Pay

Starting pay rate of $13.00 per hour.
