Location: Tyler, TX
Day Hours: Thurs-Sun 7a-7p
Night Hours: Thurs-Sun 7p-7a
Client Specifics: 14 year old w/ Trach & Gtube

Pediatric Home Service provides 1:1 pediatric home health care, helping children with medical complexities grow and thrive safely at home. This position offers flexibility, support, and a meaningful impact.

Responsibilities

• Care for one child at a time
• Develop real connections with patients
• See progress firsthand in patient care
• Become part of a team that makes a difference
• Offer specialized care for children with conditions like tracheostomy and gastrostomy tubes

Requirements

• RN or LVN license
• Experience in pediatric home health care is a plus, but not required
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new situations

• Strong communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
• Passionate about making a difference in children's lives

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledge of ventilator, trach, and g-tube care
