About the role

We are seeking a full-time Physician Assistant for a modern, AI-enabled urology practice in New York City, serving Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn. The role involves working in a high‑tech environment with advanced diagnostics, in‑office procedures, and AI‑enabled tools; there is no hospital or ER call, with primarily outpatient, lifestyle‑focused care. The position offers structured mentorship, professional growth, and exposure to cutting‑edge urology.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating and managing urology patients with a focus on diagnostics, in‑office procedures, and minimally invasive treatments
• Collaborating with physicians and clinical staff in patient care, documentation, and follow‑up
• Performing diagnostic reviews, patient education, medication management, and procedural preparation
• Depending on experience, conducting independent patient visits and participating in clinical protocols

Qualifications and Skills

• Licensed Physician Assistant with NCCPA certification or eligibility and practice authorization in New York
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, professionalism, and reliability
• Interest in urology, men's health, diagnostics, and office‑based procedures
• Ability to work within a collaborative, physician‑led team committed to high‑quality patient care

Pay and Benefits
