Full-time Physical Therapist

About the role

Otterbein Monclova and Otterbein Perrysburg, located in northwest Ohio, invite you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Physical Therapist. We offer a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus to only direct applicants.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
• Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately and timely.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Ohio.
• At least one year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations.
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.

Pay

$45.00 - $50.00 per hour, depending on experience.
