Full-time Physical Therapist

About the role

Cambridge Village in Wilmington, NC, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Physical Therapist. This is a Monday-Friday schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents of Cambridge Village
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident needs
• Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• At least 1 year of clinical experience in a rehabilitation setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and commitment to resident-centered care

Skills

• Excellent clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Effective time management and organization skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
