Responsibilities

• Provide individualized physical therapy services to residents
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document progress and communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers
• Participate in community programs and activities

Requirements

• Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in North Carolina
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
