Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
• Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Participate in staff meetings and departmental activities to stay informed about best practices and new developments.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
• A minimum of 2 years of recent relevant work experience.
• Experience with geriatric populations preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE).

Pay

$65,000 - $75,000 annually, depending on experience.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
