Responsibilities
- Screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions to established plans of care under physician supervision.
- Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate degree in physical therapy from an accredited program.
- Active state license (certification and licensure per state and national board associations).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Current working knowledge of Functional Pathways policies and procedures, clinical programs, with application skills to therapy disciplines.
- Completion of all required screenings, certifications, and licensure (screening requirements may vary by location).
Pay
$10,000 sign‑on bonus (direct applicants only).
