About the role
Uplands Village in Pleasant Hill, TN, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Physical Therapist.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a compassionate and professional manner.
- Evaluate residents’ physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document progress and communicate with other healthcare providers as needed.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
Requirements
- A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist in Tennessee.
- At least 1 year of relevant clinical experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Passion for working with seniors and providing quality care.
Skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay
