Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
• Perform therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength
• Evaluate patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of NH
• At least 2 years of clinical experience in physical therapy
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using medical software and equipment
