Full-time Physical Therapist

About the role

The Glebe Retirement Community in Daleville, VA, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Physical Therapist. The schedule is Monday - Friday with 1 weekend day per month.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents based on their physical therapy needs.
• Perform therapeutic exercises and treatments to promote recovery and improve mobility.
• Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, social workers, and other therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document all treatments and progress in the electronic health record system.

Requirements

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Virginia.
• At least one year of relevant clinical experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with older adults and promoting independence.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay

$75,000 - $85,000 annually based on experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Monday - Friday with 1 weekend day per month.
