Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Evaluate residents’ physical condition and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement and modify treatment plans based on resident progress and feedback.
- Document all patient interactions and treatment sessions accurately.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care plans.
- Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in physical therapy.
Requirements
- Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in Oklahoma.
- At least 1 year of recent clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
