About the role
Westminster Canterbury in Virginia Beach, VA, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Physical Therapist. Monday-Friday schedule with one weekend day rotation per month.
Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Monitor resident progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all patient interactions and treatments.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Virginia.
- Completion of a graduate program accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE).
- Experience working in a long-term care setting preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of physical therapy techniques.
