About the role
RRC Early Childhood Centre Inc. has two opportunities for a compassionate, dedicated Child Care Assistant. One is a full‑time, permanent position in the preschool program that will enhance ratios and provide support where needed. The other is a term position focused on inclusion support, lasting for the duration that the supported child is enrolled. The centre is located on the scenic RRC Polytech Notre Dame Campus and is a licensed, not‑for‑profit facility caring for up to 53 children aged 18 months to five years. It offers a play‑based, mixed‑age, family‑style learning environment that meets the individual needs of each child, values diversity, and is committed to fostering an inclusive setting.
