Responsibilities

• Conduct regular and trial teaching sessions as required by the program.
• Fulfill operational needs of teaching partners and coordinate academic-operational requirements, including assignment QC and coaching.
• Serve as a buddy to teaching partners and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Develop the competencies of teaching partners through observation and coaching.
• Support the implementation of training as a facilitator, both in hybrid and on-branch formats.

Requirements

• Mastery of Singapore Math concepts and approaches, with the ability to teach them effectively and clearly.
• Experience in classroom teaching, including understanding the flow and standards of small-class/Early Young Learners instruction.
• Ability to teach in English is a plus.
• Strong classroom management skills, maintaining focus, discipline, and a conducive, dynamic learning environment.
• Willingness or experience in conducting training and coaching for teachers.
