Part-Time Math Interventionist

About the role

A free public charter school in South Jordan, Utah, is now accepting applications for a Math Interventionist for the current 2026-2027 school year. This position will be part-time.

About the school

This charter school will provide student-centered, individualized education, based on Montessori philosophy and research-based best practices. The educational program will focus on interdisciplinary connections and hands-on learning experiences.

Qualifications

• Passed the PRAXIS exam, or have an associate's degree (or equivalent credits towards a bachelor's degree)
• Must submit for and pass a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements

Requirements

• Work under direction of a certified teacher

Preferences

• Previous Montessori teaching experience
• Hold Montessori certification
• Willing to undergo training to become Montessori certified
• Previous experience teaching
