Job Summary

Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking Full-Time & Part Time Security Officers for the Somerville, MA area. The position involves patrolling and monitoring multiple premises, communicating with law enforcement, and conducting foot patrols. Applicants must have excellent customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities and report incidents.
• Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
• Conduct foot patrols of the premises, including interior, exterior, and parking garage patrols.
• Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on the premises daily.
• Maintain proper use, completion, and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities and duties.
• Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
• Assume other duties as required by either the client or Northeast Security, Inc.

Requirements

• Security experience required.
• Previous customer service experience or related field/education is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Must maintain neat and professional appearance and have dependable means of transportation.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal).

Education Requirements

All candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
