Northeast Security, Inc. is seeking Full-Time and Part-Time Security Officers in the Andover area.

Full-time: Monday-Friday, 7:00am-3:00pm
Part-time: Monday-Thursday, 3:00pm-7:00pm and Friday 9:00am-7:00pm (28 hours/week)

Must have a valid Driver's License for a minimum of 3 years and pass a 5-year RMV records check with no more than 2 moving violations.

Pay Rate: $20.25

Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities and report incidents or suspicious activity.
Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary.
Conduct foot patrols of the premises.
Write detailed reports on incidents daily.
Maintain proper use and completion of all forms associated with patrol activities and duties.
Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns.
Maintain proper maintenance of the patrol vehicle, including routine or corrective maintenance, vacuuming, and car wash.
Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior).
Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action.
Comply with all requirements and directives within the on-site operations manual and post orders.
Assume other duties as required by either the client or Northeast Security, Inc.

At least 1 year of security and customer service experience
Knowledge of CCTV and access control systems is preferred
Neat and professional appearance
Dependable means of transportation
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English (both written and verbal)
High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
Candidates must also be able to successfully pass ALL pre-employment background and drug screenings
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass an RMV records check
