About the Role
Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will optimize sales and maximize in-store visibility of our products. You will serve as an ambassador for world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, and others, ensuring they are well-stocked, displayed, and maintained according to Mondelēz guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
- Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
- Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products, including quantitative and qualitative filling of impulse products (gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated in-store locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
- Follow check-out implementation plans negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives, ensuring competition compliance and reporting issues to the sales representative and store employees.
- Implement seasonal shelf displays and extra visibility actions in-store.
- Follow daily route planning prepared by the operations team to ensure efficient in-store service.
- Support seasonal campaigns and new product launches by enhancing in-store visibility.
- Represent Mondelēz International in front of in-store employees, working closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
- Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to the Mondelēz management team.
- Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.
Requirements
- At least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs, and occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
- Previous retail or grocery experience is a plus.
- Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Chicago, IL.

Pay
Hourly compensation rate ranges from $16.15 to $20.19 based on relevant experience.
