Full Time / Part Time - Order Writer / Nabisco Merchandising

About the Role

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication, relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing out displays. You will represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize the visibility of our world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through the implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow check-out implementation plans negotiated by Mondelēz sales representatives and ensure competition compliance; report any issues to the management team.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Optimize seasonal sales, support seasonal displays, and assist with new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated impulse-product locations (linear shops, contact points, additives).
• Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license issued by the state in which you reside.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Denver, CO.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate starts at $21.00 based on relevant experience.
