Full Time / Part Time - Order Writer / Nabisco Merchandising

About the Role

Join our mission to lead the future of snacking at Mondelēz International. As a Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer, you will optimize sales with our customers by maximizing in-store visibility of our products. You will deliver field KPIs and annual objectives while representing world-famous brands like Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, and Triscuit.

Responsibilities

• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, including capturing pictures of displays at assigned stores.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelf and display to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Optimize visibility of Mondelēz products on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained through implementation of Mondelēz’ guidelines.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility.
• Ensure negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues with Mondelēz’ management team.
• Carry out quantitative and qualitative filling of Mondelēz IMPULSE products (Gum, candy) in checkouts and dedicated impulse locations.
• Follow checkout implementation plan guidelines and inform the Mondelēz sales representative and store employees of any issues.
• Occasionally fill seasonal shelves and implement seasonal extra visibility actions in-store.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz in-store.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver's license issued by the state of residence.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive and professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive your personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Ability to perform physical activities such as repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs; occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs.
• Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within a 25-35 mile range from the primary location: Denver, CO.

Pay

Hourly compensation rate ranges from $21.00 based on relevant experience.
