Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the role

Jovie’s on‑call team welcomes babysitters, daycare workers, nannies, church nursery volunteers, retired teachers, or teaching professionals seeking a flexible, small‑environment position. As a Back‑up Nanny you will work around your schedule, providing in‑home childcare without transportation duties.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in‑home (no transportation required)
• Perform only common‑sense clean‑up of activities or meals with the child
• Support families with children ranging from infants through toddlers, with highest demand for children under age 2
• Ensure child safety and lead hands‑on, age‑appropriate activities based on your observations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid); infant experience is mandatory
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes in the area
• Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6‑8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
• Communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor; bring a bright smile to greet each family

Pay

$24 per hour – $26.50 per hour
