Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the Role

Join our on-call team as a Back-up Nanny, working around your flexible schedule. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in babysitting, daycare, church nursery, or teaching who are seeking a smaller environment than a classroom.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home, with no transportation of children required
• Perform only common-sense clean-up related to your activities or meals with the child
• Support families needing care for children ranging from infants through toddlers (highest demand for children under age 2)
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands-on activities based on observations of age-appropriate development

Pay & Benefits

• Pay: $23.00 - $26.50 per hour

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid), with mandatory infant experience
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes throughout the area
• Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
• Commitment to be communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor
