About the role

Responsibilities

• Provide in‑home care for children (no transportation required).
• Perform only light clean‑up related to your activities or meals with the child.
• Support families with children ranging from infants through toddlers, with highest demand for those under age 2.
• Engage children by ensuring safety and leading hands‑on activities based on age‑appropriate development.

Requirements

• At least 18 years old.
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid); infant experience is mandatory.
• Reliable transportation.
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area.
• Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6‑8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm.
• Communicative and responsive to the staffing supervisor.
• Bright smile to greet each family.
