Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the role

Have you worked as a babysitter, daycare worker, nanny, or church nursery volunteer? Are you a retired teacher or teaching professional who is seeking a small environment rather than a classroom? Are you seeking a position that allows you to flex your schedule around school, family, or another part-time position? If so, we welcome you to our on-call team, working around your flexible schedule!

Responsibilities

• Care for children in-home (no transportation required)
• Perform only common‑sense clean‑up of activities or meals with the child
• Support families needing care for infants through toddlers, with highest demand for children under age 2
• Engage children by providing safety and leading hands‑on activities based on age‑appropriate development observations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid); infant experience mandatory
• Reliable transportation
• Willingness and ability to travel to various homes throughout the area
• Available any 3 or more weekdays for 6‑8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
• Communicative and responsive to staffing supervisor; bring a bright smile to greet each family

Pay

$18 per hour – $21.50 per hour
