About the role
As a Back-up Nanny, you will care for children in-home without the responsibility of transporting them. Your duties will include common-sense clean-up after activities or meals with the child. You’ll support families needing care for children from infants through toddlers, with the highest demand for those under age 2. You’ll engage children by ensuring safety and leading hands-on, age-appropriate activities based on developmental observations.
Pay
$20 – $22 per hour.

Requirements
- At least 18 years old
- Experience working with children (paid or unpaid), with mandatory infant experience
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes in the area
- Availability for any 3 or more weekdays, 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
- Commitment to clear communication with the staffing supervisor and a welcoming demeanor with families
