Full Time / Part Time Nanny

About the Role

Join our on-call team as a Back-up Nanny, providing flexible in-home childcare for multiple families. This role is ideal for those seeking a flexible schedule around school, family, or another part-time position.

Responsibilities

• Care for children in their homes, with no requirement to transport them
• Perform common-sense clean-up of activities or meals with the child
• Support families needing care for children ranging from infants through toddlers (highest demand for children under age 2)
• Engage children by ensuring safety and leading hands-on, age-appropriate activities based on developmental observations

Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• Experience working with children (paid or unpaid), with mandatory infant experience
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various homes in the area
• Availability for any 3 or more weekdays, with 6–8 hour shifts between 7 am and 7 pm
• Commitment to clear communication with the staffing supervisor and a positive attitude when greeting families

Pay

$18–$20 per hour
