Full-Time or Part-Time Lot Associate

About the Role

We are seeking Lot Associates to join our team at Dave Wright Nissan Subaru, a 2026 TIME Dealer of the Year Award winner and recognized as the Best Dealership to Work For 12 times. No degree is necessary for this role.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and detailing new and used vehicles for customer delivery
• Stocking and using cleaning materials and supplies
• Maintaining an orderly lot and vehicle display, as well as a clean shop and showroom appearance
• Multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing your time in an organized way
• Working effectively under pressure and maintaining a positive attitude
• Assisting our automotive sales team
• Following up on detail-oriented tasks

Requirements

• The ability to multitask and work under pressure
• The ability to walk and stand for long periods of time
• The ability to work both inside and outside
• Must be willing to submit to a background check/drug screen prior to employment
