Thorne Crest Senior Living Community in Albert Lea, MN, invites you to join our dynamic therapy team as a Full-time Occupational Therapist. Offering a $15,000 Sign-on Bonus!

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Assess residents’ functional abilities and needs to design therapeutic interventions
• Provide hands-on therapy sessions to help residents regain or maintain independence in daily activities
• Document progress and communicate with families and other healthcare providers
• Participate in staff meetings and training sessions

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Minnesota
• Current CPR certification
• Experience working with older adults is preferred

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse populations
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Pay

$25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience and education
