Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings
• Provide therapeutic interventions to promote independence and improve quality of life
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
• Evaluate resident progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
• Document all assessments, treatments, and progress notes accurately and timely

Requirements

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in the state of Colorado
• Experience working with older adults preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Knowledge of occupational therapy principles and practices
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using technology for documentation and record-keeping
