About the role
The *Health Care Coordinator* (commonly called *Director of Nursing*) is an exciting leadership role for an RN with experience in long-term and skilled nursing care for elders.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing clinical operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulations
- Monitoring quality indicators
- Managing budgets
- Incident reporting
- Acting as a liaison with medical staff, families, and vendors
Qualifications
- A BS/BA in a related field (preferred)
- A current RN license in Ohio
- Extensive elder care experience
- Strong clinical skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Word, Excel, and E-mars
