Primary Job Function
Aid in patient admission for Methadone and Buprenorphine Treatment.
To gather patient histories and conduct physical exams.
To document in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR).
To authorize and supervise the dispensing of daily narcotic replacement therapy and other medications under the Medical Director's supervision.
To consistently monitor patient dosages in collaboration with the Program Physician/Medical Director, Treatment Center Director, counselors, and Dosing Nurses.
Qualifications
- Licensed in the state of Massachusetts
- At least 6 months of Addiction Medicine/MAT experience
