Full-Time Nurse Manager Assistant

About the role

The Clinical Assistant Manager oversees nursing operations, resource allocation, and staff management to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care aligned with current standards.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives
• Evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
• Support staff development and maintain competencies
• Participate in leadership meetings and special projects
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage staffing, patient care models, and foster a positive environment
• Advocate for patients and coordinate interdisciplinary care
• Monitor unit operations, quality metrics, and patient satisfaction
• Contribute to performance improvement and data analysis
• Support professional growth and community engagement

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing program (BSN preferred)
• Minimum of two years' clinical experience
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred
• Licensure as a registered nurse (mandatory)
• BLS certification (mandatory)
• Specialty certifications to be obtained within six months
