About the Role
Southern Health Partners is seeking a compassionate and dedicated nurse to join our healthcare team at the Marathon County Jail. In this role, you'll provide quality patient care while working alongside an experienced and supportive team in a structured healthcare environment. Schedule
- Full Time | 12 Hour Day Shifts
- Rotating Schedule Including Every Other Weekend | 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, treatments, and emergency response
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the healthcare team
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and correctional personnel
- Promote patient education, wellness, and continuity of care
- Follow established clinical protocols while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
