Job Summary

Umpqua Valley Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a proud member of the Volare Health family, is seeking compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team. We offer flexible scheduling options including full-time, part-time, and PRN positions.

About the Role

Aid residents with daily living activities, monitor and record vital signs, maintain a clean and organized environment, and collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Aid residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, dressing, and grooming.
• Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' rooms.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to implement individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid Certified Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the State.
• Completion of required State and Federal in-service education (typically 12 hours).
• Ability to read, write, and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Recent education or clinical experience is preferred.

Pay and Schedule

Wages: $22.77–$29.30/HR (based on certified experience)

Schedules: Full-time | NOC shift available (10p-6a | 4/2 schedule rotation required)
