About the role
We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift Nurse (6:00 PM–6:00 AM) to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health and document changes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, CNAs, and interdisciplinary team members.
- Respond promptly to resident needs and emergencies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive environment for residents and families.
Qualifications
- Current Pennsylvania RN or LPN license in good standing.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- A compassionate heart and commitment to providing excellent resident care.
