LPN RN - Full-Time Night Shift
About the role
The Cove at the Kroontje Health Care Center at Warm Hearth Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to join their dedicated nursing team. The position is available for 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM shifts, including every other weekend.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document patient needs and progress
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Provide daily care to residents including hygiene, nutrition, and mobility assistance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Document all patient interactions and care activities accurately
Requirements
- A valid LPN or RN license in good standing from the Virginia State Board of Nursing
- One to three years of previous experience in a long-term care setting preferred but not required
Benefits

- Competitive salary based on experience, starting range is $24.00 - $29.00 an hour

Schedule
3/12 hour shifts, including every other weekend.
