Full-time nanny positions providing in-home care for infants and toddlers with local families throughout Seattle. Daytime hours with supportive leadership and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, nurturing care for infants and toddlers
• Support feeding, naps, and daily routines
• Encourage learning through reading, play, and age-appropriate activities
• Communicate with parents about their child’s day
• Create a positive environment where children can learn and grow

Monday–Friday availability preferred. Most shifts occur between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM. Typical shifts are 6–9 hours.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of infant childcare experience (nannying, babysitting, daycare, preschool, church nursery, or other childcare settings)
• Love working with infants and toddlers
• Dependable and professional
• Strong communication with parents and children
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• At least 2 childcare-related references and 1 character reference
• At least 18 years old

Pay

$20–$25/hour plus overtime pay. Pay dates are every two weeks.
