About the Role
As an associate of Benedictine, you will receive the tools and skills necessary to excel as a Nursing Assistant. The Nursing Assistant Trainee will collect and report resident data, and communicate with residents, families, and other healthcare team members.
Responsibilities
- Collect initial and ongoing data on all residents
- Report the condition and changes to the RN or LPN
- Communicate and interact with residents, families, and other health team members
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in and attending a CNA-NAR training program or hired into a Benedictine NA training program
- Eligible to be on the State Nursing Assistant registry or appropriate entity pending successful completion of training
- Read, write, and communicate in English
- BLS Certification
