Responsibilities

  • Learn by doing, guided by mentors who have shaped the industry
  • Be given the space to explore, grow, and uncover where your talents and ambitions shine brightest
  • Directly influence the guest experience by learning how every detail, decision, and interaction contributes to the standards of excellence that define luxury hospitality
  • Gain a deep understanding of how thoughtful leadership elevates the guest journey and builds loyalty
  • Set the tone with your strong ethics and by consistently upholding and ensuring compliance with departmental procedures, including standards for quality, timing, attendance, and appearance
  • Maintain situational awareness of your surroundings, keeping an eye on all areas for tidiness and any general maintenance issues, ensuring that all are corrected or reported immediately
  • Maintain your knowledge of Sea Island’s properties, services, and offerings, and share this information with guests, members, and team members
  • Proactively aid when needed and are willing to help with other areas or duties as requested

Requirements

  • Recent graduate of a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality
  • 1 year or more of guest facing customer service experience
  • Bilingual is a plus
