Full-Time - Mix Operations Manager

About the role

Oversee the daily functions of multiple ready-mix plants, ensuring safety, environmental compliance, and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage personnel and control labor costs
• Maintain quality standards and achieve production targets
• Oversee profit and loss for the operations
• Direct equipment maintenance programs
• Ensure regulatory compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other agencies
• Train and develop staff
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Human Resources departments

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience managing large-scale ready-mix operations
• Experience with fleet management and personnel leadership
• Proficiency with ERP and office software
