Job Description
To be considered for this position, you should have:
- A master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university
- A full VA clinical license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) or be a master's-level supervisee or resident working toward licensure, with the ability to practice independently
- Experience completing psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents promptly
- Experience and comfort working with diverse populations
- The ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults
- Proficiency in using standard office technology and Electronic Health Record systems
- The ability to pass a background check
- The ability to offer therapy services for individuals via Telehealth
- The ability to evaluate mental health diagnosis, create, and implement a treatment plan, and complete ongoing documentation including session progress notes, continual assessments, treatment plan reviews, and any other contact notes according to company guidelines and protocols
- The ability to provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
- The ability to utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
- The ability to be an advocate for your client by coordinating services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
- The ability to attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and training
- The ability to work a minimum of 25 client visits completed per week for Full-Time status
