Full-Time Medical-Surgical Telemetry Nurse Supervisor

Position: RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator for a Med Tele unit Role And Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver high-quality nursing care for telemetry and medical-surgical patients.Oversee daily unit workflow and support bedside nurses.Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and monitor cardiac rhythms.Administer medications and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.Mentor staff and promote evidence-based practice.Ensure regulatory compliance, patient safety, satisfaction, and quality outcomes.Foster a culture of excellence and compassion. Qualifications And Skills Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.Strong leadership, clinical, and communication skills.Experience in telemetry and medical-surgical nursing preferred.Knowledge of cardiac rhythm monitoring, medication administration, and regulatory standards.Ability to collaborate effectively and mentor staff.
