Role: Registered Nurse Med Surg Tele Shift Lead Responsibilities Coordinate high-quality, patient-centered care on a busy Med Surg/Telemetry unit.Provide direct bedside nursing and manage complex telemetry patients.Serve as the clinical resource and shift leader for the nursing team.Supervise patient flow and support staff to ensure efficient operations.Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care.Promote safety, quality, and evidence-based practices within the unit.
