Full-time Mathematics Instructor (Grades 9-12)

About the role

The Full-Time Mathematics Teacher will be responsible for delivering high-quality mathematics instruction to students in grades 9-12. The position requires a strong background in mathematics and a passion for teaching conceptual mathematics and problem-based learning.

Responsibilities

• Teach Algebra II, Precalculus, Statistics (including AP Statistics), and Introductory Calculus
• Develop and implement lesson plans based on curriculum standards and best practices
• Engage students in discussions and real-world applications of mathematical concepts
• Participate in extracurricular activities and support student life

Requirements

• Hold an advanced degree
• Have several years of proven classroom experience
• Be passionate about student-centered education
• Experience with IM or CPM-style instruction is preferred

• Education: 4 Year Degree

$60,000 - $75,000 commensurate with education and experience
