Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative projects that enhance the local community
• Collaborate with artists, designers, and community members to bring ideas to life
• Manage project timelines and budgets effectively
• Provide feedback and support to participants and volunteers

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or related field
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in arts administration or community engagement
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
