About the role
Join the Omega Management Group Team for an exciting opportunity as a Maintenance Technician for their Residential team. This role involves performing general maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Performs necessary repairs and preventive maintenance throughout the entire property
- Affixes and maintains landscape and irrigation systems
Requirements

- Clean, neat, well-groomed professional appearance

- Customer service oriented and promotes good resident/tenant relations
- Ability to work independently, direct others, learn, communicate, and participate in staff meetings and training programs

Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of maintenance experience in a related field or formal training from a trade school
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license with current liability insurance coverage
- Ability to work full time
